My professional background
I am Rita Toth an energetic and open-minded woman at the age of 31. I believe in joy, freedom and love. My mission is to develop people and teams and get the best out of them. I studied adult education (BA) and human resource consultancy (MA) amongst coaching, training methods and organizational developement and I believe that all the basics of my profession and a lot more I learnt in hospitality industry during the 10 years I was working as a barmaid and a waitress.
I love creating learning tools that give the gift of joyful education. I am inspired by the world of restaurants and bars and I use a lot from my own experiences.
I work as a consultant, trainer and coach. My main and favourite topics are teamcoaching, leadership roles, motivation and change management. .
