In the world of HospitalityRuby 'Red' Raymond is the owner of the Red Ruby bar and restaurant for 50 years. All he wants now is to step aside and rest in Hawaii knowing his restaurant in good hands but he doesn't have a heir. Now Max, Tiffany, Mary-Anne and Higgins - the staff of the Red Ruby - have to do their bests to get on to the restaurant in the end. During their shifts (games) they collect income, tip and regular guests like in real life and whoever has the most in the end can lead the restaurant after Ruby has retired. Of course they need each other's help and support for the final success.
